Gracia Ltd. was established in 1992. With more than 30 years of experience, Gracia is one of the first companies in Bulgaria for distribution and logistic of confectionery. The company supplies more than 350 confectionery warehouses and more than 2000 shops with 70 vechiles.

The company’s main warehouse facility covers an area of 5,000 sq.m and is equipped with its own modern logistics and warehousing infrastructure. Gracia Ltd. services more than 350 confectionery warehouses and over 2,000 retail outlets — including small, medium, and large stores — through its own fleet of 80 vehicles and a team of over 150 employees. In addition to its main facility, Gracia Ltd. operates a secondary buffer warehouse with a total built-up area of 4,000 sq.m, located in the village of Voyvodinovo. This facility further strengthens the company’s logistics capabilities, providing greater flexibility and efficiency in serving its partners.
Gracia is the official importer for Bulgaria of a number of leading international brands, including: Tadelle, Sarelle, Lambertz, Bifa, Vipa, Hastel, Paw Patrol Happy Land, Happy, My Hero, Bebi, Tamek, Fiorella, and Amigo. In addition, we develop our own private label brands — SAMI croissants, Gracia natural bars, and Fiorella pasta — which are produced exclusively for us by established and trusted manufacturers. As of 2025, the company’s product portfolio includes over 1,900 SKUs.
